Loved the variety of culinary experiences, but who needs daytime entertainment or tasty breakfast fruits?

Oh, how I adored the tasteless food, surprising room, unprofessional staff, and uneventful evenings. Definitely a birthday to forget!

Mind-blowing staff! They were super accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our experience jaw-dropping. The manager was exceptional, ensuring everything was great. The hibachi experience with chef Subrinia at the pier side restaurant was the best! The food was absolutely amazing, far from bland. The top-tier entertainment made us feel like we were at a paid show back home. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were huge and clean. The customer service and hospitality were amazing, with butlers Mr. G and Garon being more than amazing. The Asian and Steakhouse restaurants had tasty dishes, especially the fried rice, shrimp and veggie tempura, grilled steak with mango salsa, and mac and cheese. The pool bar had delicious drinks, and Ronell at the pool area kept us laughing. The dining options were all excellent, the resort was beautiful and family-friendly, with the kids enjoying the kids club, stunning sand and beach, and great service. The spa was one of the nicest we've been to, and the nearby golf course was a hit with my husband. The spacious and fully equipped suites were perfect for our family, and we had so much fun!

I truly enjoyed staying here. Great value, room was huge, staff were amicable. I was offered a room with spectacular views of the ocean. Its location was exceptionally nice, adjacent to Jamaica, the restaurant, and Montego Bay. In the restaurant they served Jamaican cuisine dishes.

One highlight of my experience at Jewel Grande was indulging in the luxurious offerings of Grande Spa, the onsite spa. I treated myself to a Swedish massage, a body treatment, and a body wrap, and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. The skilled therapists and tranquil ambiance of the spa allowed me to unwind and relax, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized.

The location was good on top everything and the staff here was best and excellent. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a fantastic view.

Also, location was stunning and beautiful, just 5 minutes walk from Half Moon Golf Course. The room was reasonably spacious and perfect with a very comfy bed. The staff made it a very very good experience for me, they were top-class.

Staff was helpful, room was fantastic and breathtaking. A view of the ocean from my window. Exceptionally nice and stunning location of the hotel, near the beach waiting for additional lounge chairs, the bridge, and Jamaica for authentic Jamaican food. Also, in a pleasant area.

We stayed in an a double room and thoroughly enjoyed a clean bathroom. Had coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator at our disposal;)))

Our stay at Jewel Grande was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the delicious food and the variety of restaurant options. Despite a few minor issues, overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Stunning and favourable location to attractions like Half Moon Golf Course, that was close to the hotel. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 500 ft of the venue. We loved the room, it was perfect and huge. We had an ocean view.

The knowledgeable staff makes this hotel a stunningly beautiful place to stay. The suite overlooks the ocean and includes a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

The place was clean, I booked the a double room with views of the ocean, everything was great. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The location was stunning and particularly good and the services were impeccable. The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a great area.
